Sound files can be saved from the Internet and used in different programs such as Microsoft PowerPoint and Lotus Notes.

To save sounds:  
First, create a new folder on your "H" drive called "Sounds" to store your sound files.

Double click My Computer icon

Double click your H drive

bullet

Select File (OR right click), New, Folder

Right click on New Folder, Select Rename

Rename the folder Sounds

To Download and save the file to your computer:

Right click on the underlined filename.

From the "Pop-up" menu choose the Option "Save Sound As".

Type in a descriptive name for the sound file to be saved.

Choose the "Sounds" folder on your "H" drive and save the sound.
